I’ve put together some frequently asked questions to help you if you get stuck going through my wares, but if you cannot find the answer you are looking for, please contact me, I am always happy to help.
Art
Your artwork can be hung on a wall or placed on a shelf. Embroidery hoops also look fabulous with a ribbon wrapped around the screw and hung on a nail, or perhaps placed on an easel. Check out our Pinterest page for styling inspiration.
Most artworks are framed within an embroidery hoop or within a traditional frame which should be treated carefully to ensure it lasts well. If inside a hoop, the screw should not be loosened or removed, however if this does happen, please get in touch and I will do what I can to re-frame the art for you. All crystals are sewn on as securely as possible but care should be taken when handling the artwork. If you artwork becomes dusty, gently blow the dust off with a hairdryer on the cool setting from at least 30cm away. All materials may fade if kept in direct sunlight.
All digital orders will be available to directly download as .pdf files as soon as your order is confirmed. You will need a PDF reader to view them on your digital device. If you have trouble please contact me.
I sure do! There is a design fee for me to draw up the design we decide on and provide you a quote. Once you’ve given approval I’ll start stitching. Contact me to start making your Crystal Embroidery Co dreams a reality.
Most of the artworks I make are one of a kind, however if you’ve fallen in love with an artwork and would like something similar made, please contact me to discuss your options.
Yes I would love to. I teach hand embroidery through my patterns and kits which you can view here. I also teach workshops in Perth, Western Australia and I would love for you to attend. If you want to be notified about upcoming workshops sign up to my mailing list here.
Crystals
Crystals are beautiful but many are sensitive to light so should be kept out of direct sunlight. If they become dusty, you can use a damp cloth or a clean makeup brush to dust them. If they need a more thorough clean, most can be rinsed under clean water but some (like Selenite) can be damaged by water so just check first. Please contact me if you’re unsure.
Check the crystal properties to decide where to place your crystals in your home. For example Amethyst is great on your bedside table to help you have a restful night’s sleep. But Rainbow Fluorite could keep you awake – so pop this in your office or study instead.
Usually, yes. There are some crystals (like the sets and Selenite pieces) where you will receive a similar crystal to those pictured and this will be written in the description.
The crystals I work with are natural stones from the earth so no two are the same – each will vary in size and may have imperfections which adds to the charm of the crystal.
Many of the crystals in my store are one of a kind, however I can often find you something similar so please contact me and I will do my best to make your crystal dreams a reality.
Crystals are thought to have healing energies, however I believe they encourage you to heal yourself. I cannot guarantee any healing outcomes. Any alternative therapies are not a replacement for medical treatments, please discuss with your doctor.
Lightcodes
It’s a way of expressing universal energy which is understood by your soul. It’s sometimes called light language. Everyone interprets lightcode’s differently so there is no right or wrong way of reading them, but generally you ‘feel’ them with your soul rather than ‘understanding’ them with your mind. My lightcode’s are intuitively channelled through calling on my spirit guides and connecting to the energy of crystals.
Follow your intuition and do whatever feels right to you. Try incorporating lightcode crystals into your meditation, or carry them with you in your pocket, or use them in crystal grids, or place them on your altar.
I sure can! There is a fee for me work with you to choose a crystal, channel your lightcode and provide you a quote for engraving onto the crystal. Once you’ve given approval I can start channelling your lightcode and engraving it to crystal. If you choose not to go ahead, you will still receive a high resolution photo of the lightcode. Shopping
The photos on this website show colours as accurately as possible, however colours may vary due to lighting or screen differences. All artworks are made by hand and all crystals are unique so there will always be variations but they are always high quality.
Nope, at the moment my store is online only. BUT every now and then I attend events in Perth, Western Australia where you can shop in person. Sign up my mailing list to keep up to date so you’ll know where I’ll be.

Shipping
Worldwide! Usually I can ship anywhere in the world but sometimes Australia post may tell me that I can’t ship to certain countries but this is rare. If your country is not appearing in the checkout please contact me.
All ‘ready-to-ship’ orders will be processed within 2-5 days and posted from Perth, Western Australia. If you need a rush order please contact me to organise and I might be able to ship it the same day. Shipping times depend on the postage method selected at checkout.
You will receive email updates about your order. If your postage method includes tracking then the number will be emailed to you so you can follow your parcels journey.
I offer free shipping for Australian orders over $100 and free express shipping for Australian orders over $150. Flat rate shipping is available for orders under $100 and exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Always! Domestic shipping can be upgraded to express at checkout – both options will be tracked. Economy international shipping does not come with tracking, however you can upgrade to standard and express at checkout which both have tracking. If you want a signature on delivery please contact me to add this.
Definitely, just choose this option at checkout and I will make sure it’s beautifully wrapped.
Yes. If you are purchasing multiple items with different processing times then all items will be posted when the last item is complete. For example if you purchase a ‘made-to-order’ artwork plus 2 ‘ready-to-ship’ items, then all 3 items will be posted when the ‘made-to-order’ artwork is ready. If you want items shipped separately then please place separate orders.
I use recyclable or biodegradable materials as much as I can so please consider the environment when disposing of the packaging. Sometimes I will reuse non-environmentally friendly materials if I receive these from others. I always try to make your orders as beautiful as possible, however often your orders are fragile so the protection of the order is my number one priority.
